Are there any restrictions on size?
The only restriction on size and layout is the amount of land you have available to build on. Other than that, there really aren’t any limitations on design. We can create any size and shape. We can even build decking around your building or include a roof terrace.
Plus, you can choose from a range of optional extras – comfort cooling, reinforced floors, walls or ceilings, integrated sound systems and much, much more.
Do I need planning permission for a standalone structure?
For smaller structures, you may not require any planning permission. But don’t worry if you do; our teams will advise you at the design stage if any permissions are needed, and we’ll take care of any necessary applications.
Is the work guaranteed?
Of course. We guarantee all structural work for a lifetime. Plus, there are long guarantees on the workmanship, roof, doors and windows too.
