Quality means doing it right even when nobody is looking…
We are committed to using smart, high grade materials in all our buildings, and to making it as easy as possible for you to find your perfect space. We cut costs, not corners, and we always put customer satisfaction first.
There aren’t many companies who don’t claim to deliver great service, and we certainly haven’t come across any that boast about bad service. But saying you give great service and actually doing it are two very different things.
From day one, Tiger Modular has been focused on client satisfaction. Our goal is to have customer service that isn’t just the best, it’s legendary. Going the extra mile could very well be our most important competitive strength.
We want to make it as easy as possible for our clients to get their dream spaces. And we never stop finding ways to improve how to work smarter, faster, better. Every project we undertake is scrutinised both on-site and back at HQ. We discuss the highs, the lows and the continuous improvements we can make to both our product and service to make sure we stick to our mission of being the UK’s No.1.

Your Perfect Space: Smarter
Quality is never an accident. It is always the result of intelligent effort. That’s why we are constantly investing in innovation and efficiency.
Our 3D design process enables you to visualise exactly how your garden room will look before we manufacture it. This means there are no nasty surprises when it comes to the finished construction.
We then manufacture your building in our UK workshop using smart technology and modular methods of construction.
All our bases are made up of an adjustable structural engineered pile system which supports pre-assembled joist cassettes. These are then overlaid with Kingspan insulation, and finally, Egger Protect Flooring sheets.
By using modular methods of construction, we can ensure precision quality and minimise waste.
Your Perfect Space: Faster
Because we build using modular methods of construction, much of your garden room will be manufactured offsite at our very own factory.
This significantly reduces the amount of time we need to spend at your property. In fact, we’ve completed construction of smaller projects – from laying foundations, to plastering the walls and laying finished floors – in as little as five days. Much faster than traditional methods of construction.
Using pre-fabricated structures also means that we are not hindered by bad weather, so there are no unexpected weather delays to your build.
You get to enjoy your new space sooner, with less noise, less mess and less stress in the process.
Your Perfect Space: Better
Bricks and mortar constructions just cannot compete with the modern methods of construction we use.
Our garden rooms are built to last well over 30 years – with a lifetime guarantee on the structural elements, 40-year guarantee on the roof and 20-year guarantees on the doors and windows.
We use a hybrid of materials, but predominately a structural timber frame, manufactured within our factory and built up with two layers of insulation and other general building components.
There’s a reason that timber has been used in construction for thousands of years. Not only is it more sustainable, it looks amazing, and because we can manufacture the frames offsite, it means less disruption for you.
Free no-obligation consultation
Every Tiger Modular garden room is designed around the client, which is why there are no fixed sizes or prices.
We’ve built study pods as small as 2m by 2m and costing as little as £10,000 +vat, but we’ve also worked on huge projects that have cost much more.
That’s why we offer a no-obligation design consultation where we get an idea of your budget, your tastes and your ideas and then put together a bespoke design and quote.
Don’t worry though, there’s no hard sell – creating happy customers is more important to us than creating sales targets. We understand a garden room isn’t an impulse buy, so it’s important that you are comfortable with the decision.
So if you are considering creating some extra space, whether it be an study, gym, spa or something unique, we’d love to hear from you.
