Your Perfect Home Gym

Skip the drive, the queues, the monthly membership. A dedicated home gym in your garden means training on your own terms – early morning, late evening, whenever suits you. Purpose-built, insulated, and set up exactly how you want it.

Why a Garden Gym Works

The best gym is the one you regularly use. Having everything you need just seconds from your back door makes it easy to invest in your fitness and wellbeing. No time wasted packing your kit or travelling to exercise. Just train, then get on with your day.

Our garden gyms are built with reinforced structural loading for hoists, wall-mounted equipment and squat racks.

Plus, French, bifold or sliding doors mean you can open the space into the garden for added versatility.

Built For The Way You Train

Powerlifting, HIIT, calisthenics, mobility, or a serious cardio setup – we design your home gym to meet the needs of your training style.

Choose your flooring (rubber matting, sprung wood, or a zoned hybrid). Specify wall reinforcement for hoists and racks.

Add ventilation, sound systems and air conditioning. Every gym is different, and we build yours to be the perfect environment so you can achieve your goals.

Garden Gym FAQs

Common questions about garden gyms

Yes. The building's foundations can feature additional ground screws to cope with movement such as jumping. Floors can be specifically strengthened to cope with free weights being dropped. Specify your equipment at the design stage and we’ll engineer the perfect solution.

Laminate flooring comes as standard, with options to upgrade to alternatives like rubber gym matting, tiles or carpet. All laid over the insulated 145mm floor cassette and installed as part of the build - no separate contractor needed.

The equipment itself is typically fitted by a specialist after we hand the room over. We build the structure so they can kit out the room cleanly.
A 3m by 3m Certus works for cardio and bodyweight training. 4m by 3m gives you room for a weights rack. 5m by 3m or larger fits a full setup – rack, bench, cardio, floor space. Our design team will help you plan around your kit list.
Ventilation options range from trickle vents in the doors and windows to purpose-installed extraction. Air conditioning is an option. Fully insulated walls mean you’re not fighting the weather.
