Our Modern Workshop
Our garden buildings workshop was bought in 2021 and is home to the Tiger Modular team. We have offices above and the manufacturing floor below, all under one roof.
Inside the factory you'll find dedicated workstations, robotic saws and air lines that power handheld tools - everything our team needs to build to a standard we're proud of. We invest in our people so they can deliver the best for you.
Our group HQ and timber mill are nearby. The mill cuts and treats the timber before it travels the short distance to our factory to be turned into walls, roofs and floors.

Our Factory Joiners Are Your Installers
Many of our installers also work in our factory. They know how every panel, joint and fitting should function because they helped make it. So, when our team arrives to assemble your garden room there are no surprises and no shortcuts.
The Tiger Modular business was launched in 2019 to produce modular single-storey house extensions. We've since grown into standalone garden rooms but the craft principle hasn't changed: the same people work on our products from end to end.
Our installation network spans from Scotland to the south coast. Wherever you are in the UK, your installer is part of our team.
Sustainability And Accreditations
Building with wood has a sustainability advantage. We extend that advantage by only using timber that’s certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC). We also recycle and reuse materials wherever we can in our factory, and run the facility on biomass heating.
We measure our impact too. Carbon reduction is tracked through regular audits, and we share progress as part of our group commitment. Outside the business, we support community and charitable projects – including Ripple Africa which runs environmental conservation and community development projects in Malawi.
We have two more accreditations worth knowing about. Anti Copying in Design (ACID) certifies our design IP protection, which is important if you’re commissioning a bespoke project. And because we’re authorised to act as a credit intermediary by the Financial Conduct Authority, you can be assured our finance offering is properly regulated.
