Lifetime Structural

The structural frame of every Tiger Modular is guaranteed for life. For as long as you own your garden room, it's covered against structural failure or defects. That’s the lifetime structural guarantee – and it’s the longest you’ll find on a garden room from a British manufacturer.

30-Year Roof

Our roofing system carries a 30-year guarantee. That includes the panels, membrane and finish. Three decades of British weather covered... rain, wind, snow, sun and frost. You shouldn’t have to worry about your roof, and we’ve engineered it so thoroughly that you won't have to.

10-Year Workmanship, Doors and Windows

The ‘everything-else’ cover. Workmanship, such as the joinery, assembly and finish, is guaranteed for 10 years. Doors and windows, including locking mechanisms and seals, are covered for 10 years too. That’s a full decade of confidence that the rooms we build don’t just look right but will perform beautifully, day in, day out.
