As standard, you get a timber-frame structure with 73mm walls, 100mm floor and 100mm roof, insulated for year-round use. The interior is OSB lined, while the exterior has wood-grain resin cladding that’s resistant to impacts and rot. Doors are double-glazed uPVC. You can customise as you wish – add electrics for power and lighting, smart heating, plaster the interior, or maybe leave it bare for an industrial look.

Neo is quick. Our lead times are typically four to six weeks, and the insulated wall panels go up fast once on site.
For most garden rooms with install, we split it into three stages: 40% deposit before manufacture, 50% on or before the first day of installation, and the final 10% within seven days of completion. Supply-only (DIY install) is paid in full before delivery. Pay by bank transfer or card, and finance is available through Novuna, including 0% Buy Now Pay Later.
